FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am NOR and all my sessions cover a travel distance of 45km from my base. Travel beyond this (extended travel) incurs an additional fee. When you get in touch , we will discuss the setting you would like and i will notify you of any additional travel cost.
How many pictures will we receive?
A full gallery, depending on the flow and type of session will usually include anywhere from 50-100 images.
What do i wear?
JUST BE YOU and for those that may wish to use it I have a client wardrobe. I also send out a guide that may help a little to enhance your look, as far as what tones and prints will photograph / coordinate well together. I also have an exclusive code for Mama Rentals for Mamas looking to rent a gown and add some extra sparkle to their shoot.
What to expect at a session..
I am to keep sessions as natural as possible. No cheesy smiles at the camera here.. hug your babies, play together immerse yourself in the chaos of it all soaking up those tender moments. I will offer direction as, and if needed.
Do you supply Raw files?
No, a very large part of my creative process is in the editing. For the reason I do not provide raw files.
Do you offer extended family sessions?
Yes on a case-by-case basis i do offer them. Extended family sessions start at $690, please flick me through a message and we can discuss the details of your session further.
When will we get our photos?
Your gallery will take approximately 4 weeks to complete. You will receive your private gallery link via email.
What happens if i need to reschedule?
Life happens! I am totally flexible and do understand that sometimes circumstances beyond our control occur like being unwell and you may need to reschedule. Please always provide as much notice as you can,and please consider that if you are unwell and contagious it is always recommended you reschedule so you do not put my clients with newborns in particular at risk.
What kind of deposit is required to book?
A minimum of 30% is required to secure your date. The balance is due prior to your session.
Should you cancel with less the 48 hours notice, your deposit is non refundable.
What happens if need to cancel my booking?
Life happens and sometimes beyond our control circumstances change. If need to cancel that's ok, however adequate notice is needed and appreciated. Should you notify me less than 48 hours prior to your session date , your deposit will be retained.
Are there any hidden costs?
No , my sessions are all inclusive of all digital files. The only additional charge to a package is the extended travel fee, which only applies to certain locations. I will discuss if any travel fee applies when we chat about where you are wanting your session to take place.
